ITI Guided Tour

Masters program in Mechatronics is a joint program between:

Information Technology Institute (ITI)

University of Paderborn, Germany.

6th of October University.

Mechatronics has emerged as a multi-technology discipline that integrates several engineering fields including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering and information sciences. Driven by the need for improved design and production methods as well as the emergence of new information technology tools, Mechatronics provides a natural synergy for the integration of traditional engineering disciplines. Based on the fundamental areas of mechanics, electronics, and computing, the methodology of Mechatronics can be applied to many other engineering disciplines including industrial engineering, civil engineering and material science.

Realizing the importance of this domain, the Information Technology Institute (ITI) has established a joint program with the University of Paderborn to deliver the M.Eng. degree in the field of Mechatronics, and hence contributing with a solid infrastructure of Mechatronics Program.

Students have the choice to obtain the ITI Diploma only or in-addition; continue for minimum of 15 months to obtain the M.Eng. degree in Mechatronics from the University of the Paderborn , Germany.
