KTP’s main objective is to meet the human
resources needs of the KTP Partner Companies by assuring: proper selection of
the candidates, precise development of training curricula, effective practical
experience through applied training/real projects and joint sincere assessment
of performance.
ITI’s new professional training
vision, within the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) program stresses on:

Selecting the candidates for the
9-Month Training Program with background, qualifications, and skills based on
the Human Resources requirements of the KTP Company Partner. Thus, to
assure proper alignment of the trainees profile with the company’s new hiring
profile.

Developing the trainees’ interpersonal and
business skills. The program includes soft skills courses, business writing
courses, business analysis and problem solving courses, project management and
module management courses.

Tailoring the ITI’s 9-Month Training Program
curricula and developing new ones that perfectly matches the company’s
requirements and needs in its new hires.

Developing the trainees’ practical experience that
enables them to assume their later-on job responsibilities from day one on their
jobs. The practical experience is gained through coaching from the KTP Company
Partner. According to the nature of work of each through:

Involving the trainees in the development of real
projects (implementation, migration …etc.), as well as supporting and assessing
their work.

Involving the trainees as shadow consultants and
shadow support.

Designing prototype projects that map with the
company’s line of business, and involving the trainees in those projects.

Providing the practical training of the
non-project courses (for ex…administration) at the company’s environment.

Assessing the trainees’ performance by the KTP
Partner Companies and ITI, based on pre-set
criteria, again, to assure proper alignment of level of the trainees’ skills,
knowledge and professional experience with the company’s levels for new hires.
