Department Overview
Oracle Database Administration provides the market with highly qualified database Administrators, system administrators and Application Server Administrators.
Graduates Profile
The graduate would work as:
- Database Administrator: Administrate and Manage database servers by designing, enhancing and maintaining databases. Set the backup policy of the database server and do the regular backups to ensure database recovery in case of failure.
- Application Server Administrator: Install, configure, monitor, backup and reconfigure the application server. Deploy different applications on the server.
- System Administrator: Administrate and Manage Operating system either Unix or
Windows by Installing, maintaining, upgrading the operating system and monitor the performance of the system.
