H.E. Dr. Hany Helal, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research stated that the first phase of the protocol will be implemented during the second semester of the 2007/2008 academic year to include 3000 students from the faculties of Commerce, Computers and Information, and Economics and Political Science of Ain Shams and Cairo Universities.
