Advances in new technologies have brought the world together. BPO helps not only shortening the distances between fast growing companies and the exponentially growing working force in the third world countries, but also in connecting the two parties together

 through a third vendor responsible for providing the market with qualified labor. To create such opportunities for such market in Egypt a specialized training is needed for the qualified candidates and that is what the ITI is offering through the BPO project.
